CORPUS / 06

What each period claimed, and what it corrected.

This chronology preserves what each moment claimed, including what was later corrected. Dates without a source were recorded as gaps, not inferred. The public timeline on the Origin and evolution page remains valid; this is the dense version, with an epistemic class on every milestone.

Prehistory (before 16 July 2026)

RECORDED FACTThe host already had methods before the system. Mining the conversation history recovered, between September 2025 and July 2026, working methods, the assistant's error patterns and the first demand for memory across conversations. On 13 and 14 July the separation between direction and execution is born, along with a conversation classification protocol. The detail of that pre-history awaits the founder's review.

C1

Founding week: 16 to 23 July 2026

  1. 16 Jul
Context transfer unit and Constitution v0.3 → v0.4RECORDED FACT

The founder creates the unit of knowledge transfer between conversations (archiving is not deleting). The third cycle consolidates the Cognitive Constitution v0.3; the fourth, v0.4 with 21 principles: governed membrane, evolution by expansion, limited plasticity, accommodation before assimilation, evolutionary reserve, macro/meso/micro scale, checkpointing as radar. The Master Programme and the Master Inventory are born, with a prior-art discipline.

v0.4 in force since 17 Jul
  2. 16 Jul
    Fifth notebook: metabolism, homeostasis, lineagesCANDIDATE

Maturity states for ideas and verb locks. First mandatory task, a consolidated inherited base of the host, never located.

  3. 17 Jul
Host Zero and the mother rule of dependenceHUMAN DECISION

The assistant proposes the name as a metric (each version measurably reduces dependence on the founder's personal presence); the founder adopts it and fixes the rule: a mission that requires his voice, presence or manual execution is a dependence error of the system.

  4. 17 Jul
    Change of purposeHUMAN DECISION

From financial goal to civilisational impact, with the financial goal as an instrument. Dated antecedent of the research line on great problems.

  5. 17 Jul
    Scientific translation canonHYPOTHESIS

Original theory → structural principle → testable rule, with eleven names cited. Classified as a hypothesis.

  6. 17 Jul
    Two independent lineagesHUMAN DECISION

Executive authorisation ratified: symbiont core (v0.4) and host zero (v0.2) as separate projects; integration frozen. A co-evolution manifest proposes the future integration, never in force.

  7. 17 Jul
Conversation collision → identifiers and logical clockINFERENCE

Two conversations collide; event, stream and branch identifiers with explicit reconciliation are born, as is the current-state page, predecessor of the state in force (inference).

  8. 18 Jul
    Elastic → elastoplastic membraneRECORDED FACT

Levels E0–E5, then a five-component vector and a saturation-as-sensor rule. Read-only directive without reauthorisation; operational shadow (observe before executing); six-layer epistemic record.

  9. 18 Jul
Suspension of the expectation of resultHUMAN DECISION

Methodological invariant adopted by human directive and propagated separately on both sides.

  10. 18 Jul
First experimental cell and first negative resultNEGATIVE RESULT

Semantic fidelity pilot with six synthetic items: the standard method won all six; decision to iterate, not replicate or publish.

  11. 18–19 Jul
    Risk ceiling and perimeterHUMAN DECISION

Private, synthetic and reversible perimeter; first decisions with identifier and state; host zero becomes a module with seven steps (prepare → structure → validate → version → produce → stop before external effect → await human).

  12. 20 Jul
Sovereign boundary and operational veracityHUMAN DECISION

Master command: the only human gate is the external effect; never claim execution without evidence (“done and verified” ≠ “prepared, not executed”). Numerical pilot 3→33→333.

  13. 22 Jul
Identities and the symbiont's operating systemRECORDED FACT

Naming of identities (final human and digital); nine modules; Technical Constitution v0.1: context → knowledge → decision → mission → execution → evidence → memory. Snapshot of the whole repository.

  14. 23 Jul
    “A governance architecture”HYPOTHESIS

The Symbiontes architecture is one of governance (roles, gates, receipts), not a description of the model's cognition; fractal metaphor at three scales.

C2

Collisions, bridge, thesis and book: 25 July to 31 August

  1. 25–27 Jul
Real collision between two executorsHUMAN DECISION

Two AIs write in the same place; a single executor is decided, with automation frozen until inventory. The need for a lease was learned by real collision before the bridge existed.

  2. 31 Jul
Legacy import and birth of the queueRECORDED FACT

The constitution files are created in the repository (internal date 16 Jul ≠ file date 31 Jul); the Central's mission queue begins.

  3. 2 Aug
Meta-product, four planes and sovereign exitRECORDED FACT

The founder formulates the company that hosts itself and makes symbiosis; the adversarial review between two AIs replaces “impossibility of dissociation” with “deep co-evolution with sovereign exit”, proposes four planes, gates G0–G5 and five elastoplasticity measures. Thesis v0.2 and v0.3 in two days.

  4. 2 Aug
    “We grow and disorganise”HUMAN DECISION

Authorisation of the literature phase with the sentence that sums up the cycle. First prior-art round downgrades elastoplasticity to hypothesis.

  5. 5 Aug
Laboratory book and prior-art inventoryHUMAN DECISION

Human authorisation of the scientific-editorial programme: inventory of 23 entries, cryptographic checkpoints, memorial base of twelve questions. Negative result: no native source before 16 Jul located in that round (superseded on 4 Sep).

  6. 9 Aug
    International page publishedRECORDED FACT

    First multilingual public presence.

  7. 12–23 Aug
    Literature phaseRECORDED FACT

Propositions P1–P12 confronted; five-axis verification scale; pre-registration H1–H6; safe claim fixed; veto on announcing originality.

  8. 22 Aug
    “System and host”HUMAN DECISION

Review of the business physiology: nature and engineering are analogies to update; rejection of a representation centred on a single vendor; the oldest formulation of the system–host pair.

  9. 26 Aug
    Rule of 9HUMAN DECISION

Doctrine of command by magnitude promulgated.

C3

Provenance, state in force, vaults and doctrines: September

  1. 4 Sep
The five founding cycles locatedRECORDED FACT

A provenance round finds the native conversations of 15–16 Jul and the chain of a heuristic proposed, carried and contested; it closes the “global absence” recorded on 5 Aug without erasing the local negative.

  2. 6 Sep
    Canonical thesisHUMAN DECISION

Promotion by human decision, with the stamp that no gate was passed.

  3. 14 Sep
    State in forceHUMAN DECISION

Mandatory reading page at the start of every cycle; doctrine of evidence and access as a candidate.

  4. 19 Sep
    Two-currencies amendmentHUMAN DECISION

Fractal two-currencies principle added as a canonical amendment to Constitution v0.4.

  5. 23 Sep
    Four-vault architecture approvedHUMAN DECISION

Context and cases; playbooks; agent capabilities; agentic company. Maturity per vault from Mess to Diamond. Sequence correction: the first vault in transition to Bronze; the fourth is a destination, not a currency to extract.

  6. 24 Sep
First assisted cycle and AtlasRECORDED FACT

A real case runs through context, capabilities and method; human review and coordination remain pending; the e-book diagnoses the four organs missing from the loop.

  7. 25 Sep
Macro of the macro and open laboratoryHUMAN DECISION

Three elements, four vaults with two sides, three currencies, ruler and loop endorsed; the site gains the open laboratory and the Golden Rule of Automation.

  8. 26 Sep
Eight sides, two S-side bases, “everything is fractal”HUMAN DECISION

“Vault N” without a letter is the pair; currencies are not vaults; creation of the symbiont's diary and the hosting-rules index; daily pacemaker stamped; seven-grade editorial ruler: the six document families at “structured”, none beyond.

  9. 27 Sep
Continuity promulgated; federated atlas under reviewRECORDED FACT

Canonical continuity amendment (any AI may resume another's mission); six versionable bridges; the federated, sectoral, fractal and temporal atlas receives the opinion “fit with corrections”; elastoplastic cycle reconciled with a prospective protocol and a negative result; site 0.4.2 with tests.

  10. 28 Sep
Threshold Doctrine and drafts inventoryHUMAN DECISION

Laboratories before the canonical. Inventory of 1,609 items; blind test between two AIs fails the fourth criterion; 34 documents validated by human act; badge adopted informally.

  11. 29 Sep
Threshold validated, identity validated, two bridgesHUMAN DECISION

Threshold Doctrine v1.0 and identity amendment v1.0 validated after trials; general drawing of the symbiosis with two symmetric triangles; distinction between the Central–Operational bridge (S↔H) and the Central's internal bridge; first lap on the S↔H bridge with a badge.

  12. 30 Sep
    In-force status auditsRECORDED FACT

Old snapshots marked as superseded without erasing the evidence; inherited base not located; manifest of a July artefact not located.

C4

Closing the foundation, six vaults, site 0.5: October

  1. 1 Oct
Closure of the fifth cycle and anchorsRECORDED FACT

Deliverables of the fifth notebook located as fragments or successors, with no autonomous artefact; anchors for each side of the first two vaults fixed; first on-demand cycle on the H side; three bridges named; question about ATP synthase.

  2. 2 Oct
Vault 5 and the balloonsHUMAN DECISION

Voice mode: internal dialogue distinct from customer service (hypothesis); joint view of the five vaults at three scales; the founder describes the two balloons with two eyes and corrects the position of S, H and SH; scale recursion rule.

  3. 3 Oct
    Vaults 6 to 9, site 0.5.0, Vault 10RECORDED FACT

Possibilities, tools, architecture and Moving UP constituted as specification, debate and hypothesis (“institution under debate; no upper layer”); site with nine vaults published at 17:12 (Bahia time); hierarchy and tacit ratification corrected; Vault 10 created after the cut; ten-vault topology and pacemaker as service clock; nine per-vault watches created; end of the history clean-up.

  4. 4 Oct
    Independent review and corpusRECORDED FACT

Site 0.5.1 with a source-fidelity review by another model, from a vendor different from the executor; measurement of the numerical snapshot; this edition 0.6.0 with the scientific corpus and Vault 10.

Twenty changes of interpretation

Twenty of the twenty-one changes recorded in the archive; the remaining one stays out of the public projection by editorial policy. What one period claimed and what the next corrected. No correction erased the earlier claim; all are preserved with a date.

23–25 SepFour vaults26 Sep: eight sides (four pairs); no fifth vault instituted
26 Sep“The two S-side bases do not exist”Same day: created by decision; the sentence becomes historical
24 SepFirst vault “in transition to Bronze”Bronze describes the migrated slice, not global maturity; promotion depends on the founder
2–3 Oct“Nine vaults”Five with functions and partial materialisations; four at specification, debate or hypothesis; do not declare nine deployed deposits
3 OctVault 10 and topology of tenCreated after the publication cut; candidate; enters the site only in this edition
24 Sep (site)Tacit ratification after thirty days3 Oct: silence and elapsed deadlines are not answers
28 SepThreshold instrument with five regimes on one axisBlind test fails the fourth criterion → two-dimensional version (authorisation × regime) → criterion demonstrated on 29 Sep
30 Sep“Cut and transfer the nuclear snapshots”Verbal attenuation recorded: plan located, transfer not executed
16 Jul → 2 AugSpelling “Symbionts”“Symbiontes” as an informal mark; nominal genealogy preserved
