SYMBIONTES™

SCIENTIFIC CORPUS / v0.6

A research programme, exposed whole.

This section publishes the scientific content of the Symbiontes programme in the form in which it exists: thesis and hypotheses, formal model, analogies with the status the archive itself gives them, preserved negative results, metrics counted on the stated date and declared gaps. Nothing here promotes maturity, approves a capability or establishes deployment. It is dense on purpose: it was written for people who want to understand the system from the inside.

The only claim admitted

A longitudinal programme in formation to document, measure and evaluate a frugal multi-AI governance architecture in a Brazilian SME.

Safe formulation fixed on 23 August 2026, after the prior-art review

RECORDED FACTThat sentence is the ceiling of what the programme accepts to state in public while no evidence gate has been crossed. Formulations of originality or pioneering are vetoed by the programme itself: the literature review of August 2026 concluded that the absence of a search result does not prove originality, and that the semantic space of several central ideas is already occupied by established concepts (resilience, ambidexterity, antifragility, reversible contextual elasticity).

Epistemic ruler used on every page

Every block of this corpus carries, where relevant, one of the eight states below. They come from the programme's own reviews, which require separating observation, report, inference, proposal and decision.

StateMeaningHow it is recognised
Recorded factThe archive contains the statement, decision or artefact, with an identified source.Document, date and version cited; readback possible.
Human decisionA dated act of the founder, who holds the only approval authority.Record with date and text of the act; never deduced from silence.
HypothesisThe archive itself declares it unvalidated or falsifiable.States what would refute it; has no measurement supporting it.
Declared analogyVocabulary borrowed from another field, with no demonstrated mechanism. The source document labels it analogy or metaphor.
InferenceEditorial reading by this corpus or by a review, marked as such. Not a demonstrated derivation; can be contested.
GapDocumented absence: a negative search on record.Does not prove non-existence; stays open until a source appears.
Negative resultA trial whose outcome contradicted the pre-declared expectation.Preserved with protocol, numbers and the subsequent decision.
CandidateA proposed version, not yet validated.Use restricted to a trial or a declared rite; is not the reference.

RECORDED FACTBeyond that per-statement state, the programme's documents live on two axes: maturity (RAW → CANDIDATE → VALIDATED → CANONICAL) and use (INERT · IN TRIAL · IN USE). “Validated” means “may be used”, not “is the reference”; “canonical” requires a human act. The maturity of each vault follows another scale, per object: Mess → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Diamond.

How to read

  • Every page has a cut date: the archive readings and the measurements were made on 4 October 2026, Bahia time. What happened afterwards is not here.
  • Every number carries a measurement time and a confidence: counted (a count executed on the base), read from source (a number declared by a dated internal document) or unverified (reported by someone, without a check).
  • AI executors are identified by anonymised labels (AI-A, AI-B, AI-C, AI-D) and by the seat they occupy. The programme works with four distinct AI vendors; the site's editorial policy does not name them.
  • Internal identifiers, personal data, client case counts and financial values do not enter the public projection. When an internal document was used, it is cited by type, version and date, not by address.
  • Quotations in quotation marks are verbatim from the archive; quotations attributed to the founder are acts or statements recorded with a date.
  • The figures are original to this edition, redrawn from the founder's sketches and the internal plates. Each one declares its reference date and whether it has been superseded by a later direction.

What this corpus is not

  • It is not proof of operation. The architecture described is largely at specification, candidate or pilot stage; what operates is stated in each entry.
  • It is not a peer-reviewed paper. The programme's scientific publication pipeline has eleven gates; the most advanced object stood at G2 (novelty), the third of eleven, at the last record (23 August 2026), with an economic veto and a security veto active.
  • It is not an offer. No product, price, course or consultancy has been decided; the thesis records that presenting market value is a hypothesis, not a fact.
  • It is not spiritual doctrine. The archive keeps a layer of symbols reserved to the founder, which is neither published nor used as the cause of anything.
