| Adversarial review | A review by another model, without seeing the first one's material, before conclusions are compared. |
| Agentic company (H4) | Vault 4 on the host side: the versioned organization of its capabilities. |
| Capability | A repeatable way of doing a piece of work, with contract, procedure, permitted context, tools, tests, limits and a record. |
| Chair | A council seat: advises on defined topics, does not execute. |
| Coordination (S4) | Vault 4 on the Symbiontes side; on the host, the same vault is called Agentic company (H4). |
| Currency 1 | Resolving a case or carrying out its next step, on record. |
| Currency 2 | Storing in the playbook how it was resolved and what was learned. |
| Currency 3 | Turning learning into repeatable capability. |
| Domain Pack | Reusable knowledge of a sector or function. |
| Double loop | The cycle in which the symbiont improves the host and thereby learns to host better. |
| Elastoplasticity | The ability to absorb shocks, return to one's axis and keep what was learned. |
| Evidence & Learning Plane | Where events, metrics, incidents, tests and decisions that demonstrate results are kept. |
| Gate | A checkpoint requiring authority or evidence before a change of state. |
| Golden Rule of Automation | Automation supports execution and never changes who decides, nor transfers responsibility for the outcome. |
| Host | The human pole: has a body, a history, responsibility, and bears the consequences. |
| Host Instance | Configuration, roles, tools and policies unique to each organization. |
| Host Zero | Grupo Pimentel, the first organization where the method is applied. |
| Kernel | The portable core: human sovereignty, states, authorization, provenance, rollback. |
| Lease | A key guaranteeing a single executor per mission and round, with a deadline. |
| Level | A vault's maturity: Mess, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond. |
| Mission | A unit of work with goal, scope, limits, authorization and report. |
| No currency | An outcome in which the case added nothing to the playbook. Valid, not a failure. |
| Operational Bridge | The queue where people and AI models receive, execute and return missions. |
| Playbook | The versioned record of how to resolve cases of a given kind. |
| Post | An executor seat with its own contract, defined by function, not by person. |
| Report | The closing account of a round, with facts, hypotheses, gaps, pending decisions and a resume point. |
| Sovereign exit | The principle that Symbiontes must be able to leave the host better off, with everything portable. |
| Symbiont | The artificial pole: model, context, tools, permitted sources, memory and rules. |
| Symbiosis | The organized relationship between the two poles, their artifacts and the environment. |
| SYN | A synergy measure: the joint result minus the better result of each working alone. |
| Vault | Where one kind of work asset is kept: cases, playbooks, capabilities or their organization. |
